Marville Road reserves the right to charge the customer up to 1 000 NOK for non-claimed orders to cover: return shipping, cost from the carrier and Norwegian Customs and extended return.

Pricing online (NO)
All prices 3 000 NOK or less, include VAT/tax, no additional Customs duties or taxes will be charged by Norwegian Customs for those items. Prices 3000 NOK or higher, exclude VAT/tax. Custom duties and taxes will be charged by Norwegian Customs for those items.

Please note:

• We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
• The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.
• Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
• Delivery to the UK, US and Norway take longer due to Customs. Contact your local Customs office for more information regarding importing goods.

Visit our Returns portal (opens in a new tab) to register your return(s).

• Every item that you wish to return must be registered via the link above. 
• Depending on your location, a return fee of 80 SEK / 8 EUR / 30 EUR (Non-EU) will be deducted from your refund.
• All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
• All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
• We will refund your return within 2-3 weeks business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
• We don’t accept returns or claims of Marville Road pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
• Returns processing and refunds may take longer during busy periods.
• After you have registered your return, you will receive instructions for the next step via email. Check your junk mail in case the email is there. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you want to issue a claim, use our Returns portal (opens in a new tab). Prepare to share your photos of any details that may have been damaged or inconsistent with our quality standards. When your item(s) have been checked and approved we will process your refund within 14 days.

Save 80 SEK / 8 EUR / 30 EUR depending on your location by exchanging your product(s) within 14 days.

• To make an exchange visit our Returns portal (opens in a new tab) and choose "Exchange".
• Register your exchange within 14 days and place a new order immediately. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
• You will receive an email with instructions for how to return your item(s). Check your junk mail in case the email has not been delivered to your inbox.
• Once your returned item(s) are received and approved as per our Return Policy, we will refund you the cost of the returned item(s) and we will not deduct the return fee from your refund as long as you have placed a new order.

Want to re-use a discount code? No problem, email us and include the order number you are exchanging and we will provide you with a new discount code.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund. Please note, we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

We're unable to offer price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.

We do not adjust prices or perform price-matching on items already purchased at full price.
